You may select cases directly from our collection of transposable elements derived exonization (TE-exon).
The plot shows the expression pattern for both “TE-included” transcripts (darker) and “TE-excluded” ones (lighter).
We also provide search options for customized coordinate sets.
Notice, names are required only for ExoPLOT internal handling; they won’t influence the screening results.
Because of the inherent complexity of (alternative) splicing, the tool only distinguishes between isoforms containing the exon of interest, and the those excluding it.
Please carefully read the instruction below the “Start” button for help to specify the key regions to compare and ensure the most informative output.
A line chart and a heatmap are generated and represent the main ExoPLOT output.
The CPM table (tsv format) and the plot (pdf) are accessible for download via the hyperlink below the graphical output.
Below you will find a screencshot of customized search result.
Mouse over any data point displays the stage, tissue and the mean CPM from multiple libraries that represent this label.
We recommend enabling the comparative hover function (red arrow below).
Zooming options for detailed analysis of subplots are available.
The resetting function is accessible in the right corner of the plot (cyan arrow below).
